In North Carolina, spirits ready-to-drink cocktails (RTDs) are not allowed to be sold outside of ABC stores even though similar beer and wine products are already on the shelves. Spirits RTDs are available in grocery and convenience stores in 30 states, but not North Carolina.

Allowing RTD cocktails to be sold alongside similar beer and wine products as well as ABC stores would be more convenient for you and help North Carolina craft distillers sell more of their products.
