Tell your legislators to pass HB 57/SB 23 and include the extension of cocktails to-go in Massachusetts before the current statute expires on April 1^st! 

Permitting bars, restaurants and distilleries to sell cocktails to-go has been an important lifeline for Massachusetts businesses as they try to rebound from the pandemic amid a host of new challenges, including inflation, staff shortages and supply chain issues.
