Spirits-based RTD cocktails are booming, but in Tennessee, you’re prohibited from purchasing these products in grocery and convenience stores despite being able to buy other alcohol there.
This inconveniences consumers, like you, by forcing you to make a special trip for these products. That’s completely unfair!
Why are you prohibited from purchasing spirits RTDs in stores where beer-based RTDs are sold even though spirits RTDs have similar or lower alcohol content? It just doesn’t make sense.
Allowing spirits-based RTDs to be sold next to beer and wine in grocery and convenience stores would:
TAKE ACTION NOW to ask your legislators to support HB376/SB304, which would allow spirits-based RTDs to be sold in grocery and convenience stores just like beer and wine!
