The overwhelming majority of states (all but 6!) give adult consumers the option to purchase their favorite distilled spirits any day of the week they choose, but Mississippi isn’t one of them.

AND you can ship wine directly to your door in the state, but you can’t do the same for your favorite distilled spirit.

It’s time for that to change!

Allowing spirits to be sold seven days a week and shipped directly to consumers supports local producers and businesses while creating more freedom in the marketplace for consumers.

It’s time we tell our legislators to remove these outdated bans in support of Mississippi consumers and businesses.
